MJSTUDIO (sometimes stylized M.J. STUDIO or Sonic Dream Team) is the fictional development studio behind Make My Sonic, Eggman Origin, Sonic Movie Maker and My Roommate Sonic. The studio's name is a reference to the association between Michael Jackson and Sega, particularly the pop star's involvement with the Dreamcast and the Sonic franchise.

In Universe Edit

MJstudio was a game development studio in operation from 1996 to 1999, In that period of time, MJstudio was developing four Sonic the Hedgehog-themed games for the Sega Dreamcast; none of the games would ever see it past the prototype stage.

In 2013 Arcane Kids purchased a Sega Dreamcast development kit off eBay which was found to contain the four MJSTUDIO prototypes in question. These prototypes were updated for compatibility with home computers and released in 2015 as Sonic Dreams Collection.
